A new way of working
I lead the “New Way of Working” for the company. Forming a trio, one designer, one Sr. Engineer, and a Sr. Product Manager. Together, we led discovery, road mapping, ideation, user interviews, rapid prototyping, and usability testing to have evidence that our changes would increase efficiency for our Schedulers. The Success of our project has changed the way our company operates in 2026, we are now creating new teams with a trio being at the heart of the work.
